General Background

Ian Bonder transitioned from a career in strength and conditioning and sports performance in the private sector for several year into research and education. At College of Saint Mary, Ian’s goal is to help students bridge the gap between research and practical application to prepare them for graduate school and a career in kinesiology and exercise science. His primary research is in the areas of micro-dosed programming, time-saving and time-efficient training methods, and tactical strength and conditioning.


Professional Affiliations & Service

Ian is the Nebraska State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also on the North Central Regional Advisory Board for the NSCA. He is also the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Warren Academy in Omaha, NE.
